Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to attend calls late into the night. Senior management do not value an individual. Priya is very supportive. People are not happy to work and then start blaming and targeting HR for their work failure.

6-day working Working hours flexible I.e. greater than 9hr (if you work 8hr 59min then your salary paid for half day only) A falsely supportive environment (The CTO demand extra work even on weekends but won't help when salary is deducted for leaving minutes early, citing rules) No extra pay for working Overtime. HRs act like owner and work like bank employee. Increment based on year of service, not performance. Many other things..

Company working in GPS industry for a long time. but yet not learn how to grow in the industry. product innovation is zero, Customer satisfaction is nothing, Company needs to hire A genuine sales professional who can work by his own strategy. They have hired RSM Atul Kumar who knows nothing about sales he is only going in the market and requesting a dealer to buy his product. no plan, no strategy, nothing. What a disgusting man team handling is ridiculous.
