Interview process is much pretty I had no issue with that everything went smoothly.. and HR team is nice specially Pooja ma'am she is awesome.. other than that everything is below average

Too much work pressure.... According to timing it's took more timing and salary range is low...., No appreciation .... Career growth rating 0% even they r not giving welcome kit or else meet up party and all.. still they r not give us I'd card which is verified like we r working for them.... Their seniors has other level attitude they r not polite at all.

Exponential learning curve, Very helpful seniors, Flexible deadlines, No office politics, project/product ownerships - So it's challenging, and that's why you will learn a lot, Colleagues got your back, so don't get tensed about handling a project, they will help you out.

Tracxn work culture was very good. If you are facing any issues with your salary, team, project then you can share these issues with your manager. Interesting part of this was they were actively work on it. Team members are very polite.

Salary was very low and the worst part was they will give hike to the employees (which is having below CTC 3L) on the basis of percentage. There is no meanings of giving Hike in salary on the basis of percentage. It looks like a joke.

I joined in the month of April 2022.Till now everything is fine.Manager is so supportive.Lots of this I have learned in this data operation job.Good job and good position for fresher's.The most interesting part is the competition they arrange every month.I am satisfied.Ignore all negative reviews.

Their in hand salary is good, this also becoz their epf and other contributions are less (nothing else apart from it).

Waking up everyday and thinking the your work for Tracxn will give you shivers down your spine and you will always think you are about to be fired. I have seen IIM people leaving stating the same very reason. 1) Working hours - They will say 9-6 is the job timing but usually it starts at 8:30 and end by 8:30 to 10 PM on most days. If you see lunch time is 1 hour and half an hour break, that's a lie. The very first day I got order from my boss, we take only take 1/2 hour lunch break and there is no other breaks. Literally I should have ran the other way but choose not to which is biggest mistake of my life. 2) Micromanagement - Highest level of micromanagement you would have seen in your life. They will even ask you what were you doing for these micro seconds and I am not kidding. You will always feel like you are in a pressure cooker, waiting to burst 3) Not only that, to deliver under this enormous pressure you will also start micromanaging your reportees. Don't loose your peace of mind for some 20-30k extra salary. Soon you will realise what have you done with you life. 3) No Guidance - There is no set of defined roles and projects in Tracxn. They will give you a lot of exploratory project even your bosses bosses boss will never know how to do it. But they will pressurise you to show progress each day. You need to present your work daily.. So if you think of growing your career in a particular line then it will not happen. They will also transfer you to different departments and so your resume looks weak. 4) Coding - They will ask you to code the entire projects as if they had hired you for a developer. They never say this in the interview. They will teach you coding for 15 days (not the entire day - 1 hour each day) and think you will be an expert. Will ask you to guide the automation engineers in technical aspect which you boss will take days to solve who knows coding. If an automation engineer is taking too much time they will ask you to code and complete th
