JOB RESPOSIBILITIES: Maintain the daily inspection record on line graphs for the meetings. Responsible for control the process rejection. Prepares line graphs or Histogram charts of data for the rejection or enters data into computer for analysis. Provide the training to the employee through OJT (On Job Training) for improving their skills. Having Inspection experience on latest measuring machines like SPECTRO METER, PROFILE PROJECTOR , ROUNDNESS TESTER, ROUGHNESS TESTER, COUNTER TESTER . Maintain the IMS (INSTRUMENTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) Record and plan for it. Prepare and maintain the record of change point of 5-M change board and show there change point by the graphical method. Implementation of Kaizen & poke yoke activity at line process, Resolving customer & line complaints with the help of QC tools. Perform independent problem solving activities as needed Prepare the daily Rejection Report as well as monthly with the help of Pareto graph. In house rejection analysis through 8D Technique. Attend Quality circle activities for solving major quality issue. Modification in quality document (Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, Quality Plan and Inspection Std.) after customer’s complaint. Apply PDCA Cycle for improvement.

TPR is a great organization in terms of automation and technology.

Dislikes

The biggest problem here is the politics in the workplace. The environment here is so unpleasant that the employees feel suffocated. That is the major reason employees don't stay here for long and the attrition rate is high. If I'd have to mention a name that would be of Inderjeet Singh (DPM, Production Department). He is the most Selfish and egoistic person who only thinks for himself. All his decisions are based on fulfilling his own needs and doesn't concern himself about the company's welfare.

There is only one negative thing in TPR i.e. politics at senior level. Condition of people ethics is so bad that they forget their morale. One and only reason behind all these is one person inderjeet singh. He also involve at the down level for his negative thinking towards organisation. I worked more than one year there as sales manager but i felt like sales person don't know about sales and inderjeet singh knows everything.

I like japanese culture from 2017 to 2021 but after that there were some changes in management and then worst situation in plant.

Way of talking of management Every time top people use ..we will fire you for every person. Promotions not possible. Herarcy not followed Attrition rate is high..hod and manager level Hr is worst.
