Having Inspection experience on latest measuring machines like SPECTRO METER, PROFILE PROJECTOR , ROUNDNESS TESTER, ROUGHNESS TESTER, COUNTER TESTER . Maintain the IMS (INSTRUMENTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) Record and plan for it. Prepare and maintain the record of change point of 5-M change board and show there change point by the graphical method. Implementation of Kaizen & poke yoke activity at line process, Resolving customer & line complaints with the help of QC tools. Perform independent problem solving activities as needed Prepare the daily Rejection Report as well as monthly with the help of Pareto graph. In house rejection analysis through 8D Technique.
