Notice Period Issues
My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? For me personally it was really satisfying working with TPVision. I got to learn a lot and got well promoted and appraised for my work each year. The work environment is very friendly and one can talk to anyone in the floor without any issue. One can really have a great work life balance in TPVision and you always see people who have been working for a lot of years around. I still wish i could go back to TPVision some day...

Dislikes

Business is not doing great due to less marketing impact which eventually lead to cost cutting and alarming job security and less appraisals. Politics do exist in the company but is not so impactful.

There is no career growth here. To get regular promotion we need to wait for 5 years minimum but it is different case with some people. favoritism gets them promotion/compensation in just 2-3 years.
