The HR department is the Fraud department they would hire you by saying that they giving you the best package but when you receive the salary, that is 40% down of the salary that you negotiated. 4. Company is not matured and still under struggling, management always in the aim of deducting the salary of employee as i told before HR dept. is the fraud DDepartment there. 5. With the single salary they pressure the employee with multiple discoms work, Like TPCODL,TPNODL,TPWODL and TPSODL and TP-DDL also. Which they never disclose at the time of hiring. 6. The MD and CEO of the company are totally un-matured person who don't have any idea that how to sustain the employee. 7. At the festival occassions like Diwali, company does not have the as much as much budget or fund to gift the best gifts they just give sweets like 70 rs Dabba with signature of CEO, the shamefull ceo signs on that like is he is doing some favoritism 8. The Management is ttotally poor, all the top positions persons are illiterate and does not have much knowledge and they don't have experience too Much politics and Donkeys are running the force of Horses there. 9. Poor Company, Poor Management. Not in the favour of employee. Too Much deductions in the Salary like TDS or any other deductions which are not known to emloyees and they get surprises at every month. 10. HR Dept. plocies changes over the night without intimating any prior Notich to emplyee and they get surprises. So overall compnay is work culture is good but not good enough and TOP management is totally dull and unmatured and poor management and worst company every.

...icy is very bad & they are not transparent with employee. Very rude attitude. 3. In-hand salary is too less as 50% of basic is deducted for performance pay every month. 4. Not stable company as of now, so everyone need to work in different field & no respect for specialized people. 5. Final rating is depends on manager choice. They can reduce your rating to increase the same for his favorite 6. Only higher level & IT people have good salary. Otherwise the salary is not market standard & they always try to reduce by the name of TATA. 7. Some OLD Gov management employee is too worst like nothing. They always favor their old employee & try to put you in trouble. They always try to reduce your performance by unnecessary talk & ask you to stay till 11pm for no reason.

Tata brand, policy for employee care like housent rent, Medical insurance, PF and other long term plannings..

Dislikes

Work culture not upto TATA power mark, passing on hat culture, HR policy of salary difference is high particularly between who joined as GET in TATA and joined in experienced designation. Many exp ppl who actually do work also leaving only due to same reason. Local travel policy has to be made better like providing vehicle or travel compensation, food for engineers who work in ground for more hours and travel

Work life balance is the only thing thay is good about the organization.

Dislikes

Appraisal, promotion, salary, work culture, company policy every thing is very shady and poor nothing is clear to the employees. There is no definite policy for anything and the promotion and appraisal is the wrost part. Try to avoid it if possible for a better and brighter future.

I loved the working hours of the company. The company being a joint venture with Govt. Of Odisha, the candidate may enjoy state holidays along with the other assigned holidays by giving time to family.

No growth. Compromised POSH Committee Not at all a healthy atmosphere for ladies HR doesn't provides bonus if a candidate resigns mid month.
