... since 1.5 years but not forced to come office for 3day. You can do WFH anytime. Giving salary quite good variables getting on time. Promotion - it's completely your performance, years you worked in thbs and main thing is there you should have godfather. Job security- generaly people says thbs has great job security. But I heard 30+ people laid off in May to June period. Skill development- you can develop your skill on your own. But if you gain that skill thbs is open for you. I am quite satisfy with my work. As we have great team and my manager also great. I am as lead not putting pressure on my fellow. I am happy😊 Company culture- no joining bonus, no joining kit, Baki all is well with thbs. Infact I suggest most of people to join TORRY HARRIS. 😊

The situation was better before the introduction of micromanagement; now, there's nothing positive to mention.

Dislikes

...gement, and survival seems to be linked to favoritism toward a specific manager. Rewards, promotions, and salary hikes are seemingly tied to being the manager's favorite. There's a noticeable discrepancy, with juniors handling more work but receiving less compensation. Those with higher salaries seem to effortlessly attain various benefits. Additionally, there's an expectation to continue working even when feeling unwell.

...hange your domain If you feel you need to take a step towards another direction. The pay scale is good, work life balance is great, and you get to work with some of the brightest minds. Lastly, you do get opportunities to take up roles and responsibilities without your experience being a barrier. Also, there are some good on-site opportunities.

Truth be told, I haven’t come across anything as such. Just a suggestion would be to have a good cafeteria that serves throughout the day. The current set up is very limited and does the bare minimum. And the parking suggestion needs to be taken care of especially for the cars.

Things I like here is everyone gets a chance to learn new stuff. As a beginner, I've had the opportunity to work with various new technologies, which is an added advantage for any fresher. The job security is OK, if you do well, they will give new opportunities to explore and work.

...rk long hours, and the deadline and pressure to finish things is a bit too much. The pay isn't great, especially considering the kind of work we do and the technologies they make us work on. Appraisal are a mess - unclear timelines and not a good percentage of hike also. The canteen is bad. there is only pantry facility and they only have lunch which is pre-booked and serve no snacks. They don't give any perks or goodies and don't acknowledge festival sweets or appreciate our efforts.Things like these are something which do not match on how they sell themselves. The company needs to fix these things to make it better for everyone.
