Not good job for B Com Graduate because this company provides very less salary as compared to the ITI worker. I have worked 11 years in this company but resigned after waiting for salary hike. After 11 years whatever salary was I was getting , more salary is receiving by 7/8 years ITI technician

Working in torrent is dream of many, it's hard to find such job with work-life balance particularly in core sector. Apart of that here you get really nice culture which will never let you feel burdonsome job. In short it's commendable combo which you can have without any hesitation.

...UGH EMPLOYEE IS RIGHT, BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY SOURCE OF A COMPANY'S INCOME. SALARY IS ALSO LOW. GUYS DONT SPEND YOUR TIME IN THIS THIRD CLASS COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE HIRING SUCH A DECENT POST GRADUATES MBA . THEY SHOULD HIRE MCOM GRADUATE FOR THIS KIND OF THIRD CLASS JOB.ALSO NO GROWTH IN A COMPANY

Big brand in power sector. Potential to become a largest power company. Job security and safety protocol is very high.

Dislikes

Increment is average, no appraisal as per output of employee. Different policy for specific people by giving variety of benefits excusing salary, whereas others didn't get same benefits.

Great opportunity for learning and creating a strong foundation filled with knowledge and expertise. Appraisals are on point and way above other players in this industry.

For first few years it’s a struggle due to low salary compared to Adani or tata.
