Job security in company is fix as its get contract of 20 years from different state discoms. working culture in company is better but HR are highly interfere in the operation department as well as they are very rude. Company policy are benefetial to employeee like providing medical insurance mediclaim and providing one time meal at company canteen at reasonable cost.

They have not taken proper care of their employee speciaaly GET in lockdown period of Meal. We faced this problem lot. They allot any department without taking employee view.
