Not good job for B Com Graduate because this company provides very less salary as compared to the ITI worker. I have worked 11 years in this company but resigned after waiting for salary hike. After 11 years whatever salary was I was getting , more salary is receiving by 7/8 years ITI technician

Our company manage their employees health and security. Now covid-19 time, they give all types of proper security like as masks, gloves, sanitizer, head cap to all employee per day.

Only one comment salary is decent to new employee....

Teammate are good, there is no risk of job security, I fell there is no growth of hardworking person, my experience is that my senior do politics to show good in front of senior. I can't balance work life both here.

...big problem, at the time of national holidays, I work in office not with family. In Agra they give low salary to employees as compared to Ahmedabad Tpl employees. No outdoor activities are organized by company to reduce stress in work space.

Almost everything Boot licker management who have lost their conscience, safety and employee friendly policies in papers but nothing is actually implemented or hiding from employees. Highly partiality in management during increment or appreciation either you work or not or having zero performance only show that you are active. ED asked team members to work 12 hrs or more duty. No leave as per your requirement either you are seriously ill. No insurance claim you can do. I was stucked for the years in same position. I will suggest everyone either fresher or experienced do not join. Else due to poorest work culture you may regret badly afterjoining as I do.

Salary of new joiner in 2024 is nearly same as Jan 2021 batch. No value of experience and loyalty of employees. Management is not ready for salary fitment. We try but failed. Finally I resigned.
