Teammate are good, there is no risk of job security, I fell there is no growth of hardworking person, my experience is that my senior do politics to show good in front of senior. I can't balance work life both here.

I am working in call center Dept.as administrative assistant. I was happy when had joined Tpl Agra.But now I fell that was my wrong decision, if my work is to solve our customers problems but many time our senior not serious to customer problem, I raised my voice some thing is wrong. So my senior notice me give me satisfactory appraisal. I talk about to change my Dept, they denied, leave issue also a big problem, at the time of national holidays, I work in office not with family. The customer service department's environment and the salary package as well. Nd i guess these two are the only thing for which any of the employee work.

The organization is good to work with if you are looking for comfort not hardwork and job security not career and personal growth. Apart from that the pay scale they provide is too less and the race for promotion is like turtles are crawling on floor.

Our company manage their employees health and security. Now covid-19 time, they give all types of proper security like as masks, gloves, sanitizer, head cap to all employee per day.
