Its just cooked things about job security as it is a private company .if u r a localite u can go for it as compensation is fine for locallite as u have your own home,stay with parents etc less expenses .But if u outside Gujarat think a million times. Definitely a big brand which might help you land big opportunities in Gujarat 😋😉 it is upto you.yes, last but not the least don't except any employer benefit except medical which is ok and u will not require if you have a healthy lifestyle.
