Job safety is best, learned lot of technical things. Salary is good.

Increment is not so much, average 8-10% , sometimes the work takes too much time like almost 12 hours a day and get nothing in return no overtime and not even leave for those extra hours we work for company. Late promotion

... life balance. If you are planning for retirement this is the best organization. Join after 20yrs of experience with good package and enjoy your life.

There are so many things. We start from 1- Less salary in comparison with current market. An executive will get 3.6 after 2-3 years of experience. 2-Even if you are talented and contributing 200% to origination you'll be tagged as outsider and you'll get 10% increment and people around you doing nothing will get 14% increment (this will hurt more) 3- You have to spent atleast 6yrs to get promotion for example if you joined as executive with experience of 6 yrs. You will be prompted as Assistant manager after 6yrs that means you will be assistant manager with 12 yrs of experience. 4- If you are Gujju then "7 khoon maaf" There are lot say..

Good thing is job safety, work load is not much,food available in company.

...ur knowledge, only repetition work is there,not a personal mind u need to use. Punch in time is fix u can't be late by 1 minutes otherwise half day salary cut, but punch out time is not fix, u need to be stay as long as work is not completed, they not count how much late u go.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Almost everything Boot licker management who have lost their conscience, safety and employee friendly policies in papers but nothing is actually implemented or hiding from employees. Highly partiality in management during increment or appreciation either you work or not or having zero performance only show that you are active. ED asked team members to work 12 hrs or more duty. No leave as per your requirement either you are seriously ill. No insurance claim you can do. I was stucked for the years in same position. I will suggest everyone either fresher or experienced do not join. Else due to poorest work culture you may regret badly afterjoining as I do.
