...e in each department so competition is at peak for your growth n opportunities.. more people to fix in bell curve so very few people will get good compensation.. else wait for years to grow economically.. lots of policies to understand n to implement.. n useless so many systems which will turn u off n frustrating during work... Top level management never know actual ground level realities n situation .... Mostly biased appraisal procedure.. no value for hardworking people just people are passing the duty time ... It's called over there "DO PUNCH & ONE LUNCH"..
