Worst company. Very less salary. Note-Think twice while working under BHARAT PATEL who is the team lead for stability group in Torrent Research centre,Gandhinagar. He has no knowledge and often uses bad words.

I was in API QA department. My HOD has given me vast exposure to work with various sections of QA dept. I am quite satisfied.

No Diwali bonus.. no sweets.. nothing No fun. No extra activity.. outing or anything.. Only work.

Good work culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Policies are good, but appraisal and salary hike is poor every year.

...rth side. Finally i get oppourtunity to work with reputed organisation in r & d. But company transferred me in qc department without any salary hike in plant site. As i m from north there are too many qc drpartment like companies. I have left my comfort zone to work in r & d department but torrent again drag me in qc site against our will. This only thing i dislike.. Although company is too good work..
