Worst company. Very less salary. Note-Think twice while working under BHARAT PATEL who is the team lead for stability group in Torrent Research centre,Gandhinagar. He has no knowledge and often uses bad words.

...d build company image in Dr's level some bulshit policies applied for employees.I think our CEO need to pay attention in these policies and atleast future it shouldn't happen this is my advice to Torrent company.

Work life balance Corporate System well established Better opportunities to learn if you are really willing. One can easily spend 5 to 10 years here

Pay is less compared to other Many times skilled people are not identified, promoted or paid well Politics is there at all level Higher management don't have spine to takel with employee with number of year experience and not giving performance at all.

...e in each department so competition is at peak for your growth n opportunities.. more people to fix in bell curve so very few people will get good compensation.. else wait for years to grow economically.. lots of policies to understand n to implement.. n useless so many systems which will turn u off n frustrating during work... Top level management never know actual ground level realities n situation .... Mostly biased appraisal procedure.. no value for hardworking people just people are passing the duty time ... It's called over there "DO PUNCH & ONE LUNCH"..

Overall culture n over crowded department for work n top management never know the actual problem at ground level.. hierarchy is very complex.. 2 to 12 years of experienced are in same position i.e. executive..

Company provides 2nd & 4th Saturday off and Uniform which saves cost of appeals.

...an productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
