Worst company ever 1st they are threatening due to cost cutting they will going to lay off the employees if we are giving a spot resignation after getting an approval from the manager the HR and the management asking us to pay the amount for penalty this is not fair we had work for so many year and no company behave like this not even proper followups and responsive management. Try not to join the company, do not destroy your career while working here.

DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY !!! Join Zomato or Swiggy as delivery boy instead, at least youll get money for that.. here they make you deliver things from one end of the city to another with your own bike and fuel..

...from 8 AM (thats right).. and sometimes end at 11 PM..Worked here for 18 months. earlier salary and incentive structure was good. then they reduced the incentives to almost 0. worked here for 18 months. In those 18 months salary was never credited on time. At least 1 week delay in salary always happened. Incentives got delayed by 2 weeks minimum.. sometimes 3 weeks. Your Team leader or manager will not be able to help you in this. HRs are pathetic here, never gotten a reply on mail or call back.. and now that I have resigned, its been 3 months and I still havent gotten my FnF or relieving letter. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL.. Now that their product is not getting sold they're firing employees in bundles.. Don't fall for their job description.. work in BYJUs instead.

The only good part about working here was the money coming in at the end of every month.

...e targets are met, the money comes to you only 30 days after the promised date. The salary is credited easily with a delay of 4-5 days or even a week in some case. Next level politics and a** kissing in the management right from TLs to managers.... Only and only if you are in a dire state to get a job and ready to give up on your life completely, I would recommend you to join.

...SD CSB hoga, achha DATA ye log kuch man pasand Londo ko yaa londiyo ko dete hai. baki pura din ya toh DND customer ko dial kar kar ke pareshan karwate hai, yaa toh idle pe, per day tumhara 2 ghante ka target hota hai TALK TIME ka agar nhi hua toh LOP(Absent) mark hoga paisa nhi milega, ya toh 2 ghanta Talk time ya toh Flooor average TT hona chahiye, jo ki 100% 2 ghante jitna hi hota hai, bich bich me unke dialer me se Autometic TT kam bhi hota hai, FATAL par 5000rs salary deduction har din 2 ghanta time shift Extend karwate hai ye BSDWL log

Salary never gets credited on time. Incentive are reduced and HR gives irrelevant reasons. No work/life balance. Too much traveling. Frequently incentive structure changes and is not employee friendly.
