The staff were friendly though I hardly had the time to mingle.

Dislikes

...y fell ill after 7 months due to this and asked for a day off. It was declined. A company car came to pick me up for that single day I was unwell, and this was deducted from my salary. I was not once compensated or even thanked by the management for the extra hours I put in. Despite taking work home and working untill the wee hours of the morning everyday because I HAD to edit 200 different articles every single day , a half day's salary was deducted even if I logged in 3 minutes late the next day. My salary was pittance already, as it were. I never had time to take a lunch break but my sweet content writers sometimes used to bring me coffee to my cubicle. This is my experience as QC. Lookimg back, I should have quit after the 1st month. It was really bad. I can't speak for the different departments and the different posts.

I joined during Covid and i was given PWFH and with recent changes people who cant relocate to Noida they are been terminated.

Dry promotion( only band changes but no hike), No yearly bonus, Appraisals are always the least number. Favoritism is always there

Cloud engineering domain is not cloud here it's NOC support , there is lot of dictatorship of devops people every where. No work satisfaction as an experienced you will be doing fresher job here even l2 Engineer is doing nothing productive

Nothing at all, except Diwali gifts.

Dislikes

...dle all the things including scrums calls, designs and client meetings aswell. - No extra pay for weekend work - Lot of politics & toxicity in some departments.
