I learn something new everyday here. I have been working since 2019 in this company and in these 5 years I have never received my salary late. During the lockdown our entire salaries came on time while that was something I wasnt expecting as I was only 4 months old in the company and it would have been easier to just not pay. Be it clients of team members the company has always stuck by its words which is why today it is one of the leading consultancies in the countries. I am privileged to have worked with some world renounced designers that are associated with this company.

...and Niyoshi are same people. one person uses multiple names to fool the clients. The work culture is toxic, pay is bare minimum and the employees are over worked with no work life balance. The head of Retail Fouzia is rude to the interns and employees, shouts and uses bad language. You cannot learn anything working here , all you will gain is self doubt.

There is absolutely not one single thing to like about this joke of a company.

Dislikes

...will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat instead of teaching and guiding you. They will cut your already horribly low salary if they think you have not performed your work satisfactorily. They provide barely any holidays and even that they will cut if you take a sick leave without informing a day in advance, does that even make any sense? Do people plan and fall sick? If you do not reply to their emails and texts promptly they will keep calling you on the phone and then shout at you if you don't pick up the call immediately, so forget about lunch and going to the bathroom. Please, no matter how desperate you are for work, please do not join this company. There is nothing to be gained from working here. Most people leave the company within months as they should.

Apka mental stability work life balance kuch nahi rahega. Itni kam salary dete hai aur wo bhi deduct kar lete haat me chillae aate h. Sare fake reviews hai inke bhai join at your own risk. Hr toh pucho maat.

...t of brands to handle with less compensation and expect to work on weekends too. Also, they do not pay for overtime work. Employees are not allowed to chat personally. The Heads of the company treat the employees like a slave and in a disrespectful manner.
