Production Department have some satisfactory work, Production department head is supportive and cooperative to the officer and operators even in notice period and financial condition Quality Assurance Head is not at all supportive at any level even in serious family issue, 12 hours working for every small and big audits even for domestic and vendor audits. Shortage of manpower in all QA and IPQA Department.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary deduction is a regular feature. No increment till date inspite of rise in turnover

Increment not done on time. Every year Management changes effective date of increment and 4-5 months increment is eaten up by them. This has become cultural and habit of Management. Directors and Works manager is very abusive.

We work with a good team of professionals & have an excellent work culture. Also, the company provides a better package than the standard industry norms

There is too much of internal competition because of excellent recruits

...and leave in shorter period without giving notice. Work Environment is not good. Compensation for Overtime is Rs. 25 per hour.

horrible. if you join this co. you spoils your carrier. no growth, 9 hours working time. only two saturday off. basic only 6500.00 inr. selfish management. illegal work done there. Hr department is Dog of management. as per instructions of management they bite office staff. No job security. suddenly dismiss any person.
