Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

Maximum stores are franchise Store. And job security and incriment is very poor. If you want to gain knowledge and experience then it's good enough.

Dislikes

There is huge gap in salary between company and franchise store. Franchise are abusing talent and knowledge of optometrist.

It is a very good experience to work with titan eye plus, learned a lot of things, feeling awesome.

Dislikes

Keeping franchise is very bad experience for employees because a franchise giving salary as per his own ,n you will not get casual leave or any seek leave.
