...recognized brand Shell. I get to travel to other offices and customer locations. Job security, timely and good salary provision, training and development opportunities are some of the major plus point of working with this company.

Dislikes

Haven't got anything bad so far apart some heated conversations during few of our sales meeting

...pect for all employees -No work or office once the defined work hours are over -On-time salary -Employees are provided with good systems and IT resources -Adherence to strict and employee friendly guidelines -Follow the global standards of Shell for all employee matters. Especially during the covid times, they have been really supportive and considerate for everyone.

- Sometimes its stressful with no clarity on what to do next - Many good policies exist which I wasn't aware of until I asked HR

I have been with Tiki Tar and Shell for five years, and I can confidently say that the work environment here is fantastic. The company culture is centred on collaboration, and everyone works together to achieve the common goal. The management team is supportive and always available to provide guidance when needed. I love the fact that the company encourages professional development by offering various training and development programs. The work-life balance is also good, and the flexible work schedule allows me to balance work and personal life effectively. Overall I would recommend Shell to anyone looking for great place to work.

Working at Tiki Tar and Shell has been an amazing experience for me. The work environment is friendly, inclusive and supportive. Everyone is respectful, and the company's culture emphasises teamwork and collaboration. The management team is transparent and communicative, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. I appreciate the company's focus on employee well-being. such as offering health and wellness programs. Overall Tiki Tar is a great place to work, and I was proud to be part of such a team.

Dislikes

They are growing so some issues keep on coming but we overcome with it.

Very good work culture. Feels like a family. People are really supportive. I was among the first sales team of Tiki tar and Shell. Always enjoyed the positive energy and team spirit which is flowing in the whole team. We really enjoy the team culture and the management ensures the standards are aligned with that of shell standards.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now. Would love to be a part of it for coming years

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
