Besides Salary there is absolutely no benefits. No proper cafeteria or free food or allowance which most of the companies these days offer. The sad part is the company takes money from employees for car parking as well.

Considering my 2 years of working experience in Tietoevry, I thoroughly enjoyed working here. The positive culture and supportive environment fostered both personal and professional growth. I experienced a high level of work satisfaction and appreciated the ample opportunities to work with the latest tech stack.

...been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. Work-life balance is occasionally challenging to manage. Nonetheless, Tietoevry remains a very good place to work

The team-oriented atmosphere and openness to new ideas make it a great place to grow professionally while also building meaningful relationships with colleagues. 1. Sometimes employees get sandwiched in the decision making for the projects and requirement between Tieto Évry Architects and our client. 2. Some of the highly experienced employees are not aware of the concepts which cannot be supportive at times when needed help. When little experience employees help them, they won't even consider that as help and will not show case it that they received that help, which can be like a showoff 3. Some managers are really toxic, when it comes to work, they keep asking about the updates on the project every now and then even there are like 2-3 daily standup updates that will be given every day.

Tietoevry is great working culture where in your opinion is considered while making important decisions impacting the employees. It gives you enough opportunity to learn new things and implement them. The company has true open-door policy where in you can ask question to CEO and CEO won't get hurt even if it's uncomfortable question. Most importantly you get reply back most of the time.

Dislikes

Salary range compared to kind of expertise expected from employee and slow pace in decision making.
