There is a big gap in compensation between men and women employee. Even though the management talks a lot to address this but in reality hardly any actions/ implementation are seen.

There isn't anything to dislike about the organization. Actually, there are only positives to say about the organization. You get time to update your skills to keep abreast of the latest's technologies when you have less project related work.

Spent very limited time...hardly 16 months, so my experience would be limited to the unit i belonged to and not entire organization. I did not see more focus on skill development and training or certification. Personally, I did not find it suitable for people who want to grow in Agile.

I experienced a high level of work satisfaction and appreciated the ample opportunities to work with the latest tech stack.

...been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. Work-life balance is occasionally challenging to manage. Nonetheless, Tietoevry remains a very good place to work
