Considering my 2 years of working experience in Tietoevry, I thoroughly enjoyed working here. The positive culture and supportive environment fostered both personal and professional growth. I experienced a high level of work satisfaction and appreciated the ample opportunities to work with the latest tech stack.

Dislikes

...been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. Work-life balance is occasionally challenging to manage. Nonetheless, Tietoevry remains a very good place to work

Dislikes

1. Sometimes employees get sandwiched in the decision making for the projects and requirement between Tieto Évry Architects and our client. 2. Some of the highly experienced employees are not aware of the concepts which cannot be supportive at times when needed help. When little experience employees help them, they won't even consider that as help and will not show case it that they received that help, which can be like a showoff 3. Some managers are really toxic, when it comes to work, they keep asking about the updates on the project every now and then even there are like 2-3 daily standup updates that will be given every day.

I really enjoy the collaborative and supportive environment at Tietoevry. The team is always willing to help and share ideas, which makes working together incredibly rewarding. I also appreciate the opportunities for personal and professional growth. The company invest in training and development, and I feel empowered to take on new challenges. The culture promotes creativity, innovation, and work-life balance, making it an inspiring place to work. Overall, it's a great place to grow, contribute, and be part of a positive, dynamic team.

Dislikes

...and I belive in the company is continuously working to make them more efficient. I believe there could be more focus on aligning compensation with the evolving market standards and the growing responsibilities associated with different roles. This would help in further to stay longer period of time in company and motivating employees and ensuring their financial growth matches their experience and contributions. I am confident that the company values its team and continues to work towards improving this aspect. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

No promotions ,less hikes recently nepotism introduced here where relatives of manager are also joining companies have seen people working from car and manufacturing companies working as functional consultant on dynamics erp like f&o just because they are relatives or know the manager very bad to hire someone who have not worked on software companies earlier in their career should give the chance instead to deserving ones.

Fintech uses updated technologies and regularly update the tools and libraries required which is good.

Dislikes

Ah so many things are there to dislike this company. Salary, appraisals, work life balance, management etc are not so good. Managers are typical minded and have oldage thinking. Top management is not concerned about employees problems and queries. There's no proper road map of work to be carried out in the future. All are maintenance projects.
