Fintech uses updated technologies and regularly update the tools and libraries required which is good.

Dislikes

Ah so many things are there to dislike this company. Salary, appraisals, work life balance, management etc are not so good. Managers are typical minded and have oldage thinking. Top management is not concerned about employees problems and queries. There's no proper road map of work to be carried out in the future. All are maintenance projects.

1. Compensation is below average market value. 2. Only yearly Increment and that too is below expectations even though company is gain more profits during that year.

The promotion process is not based on merit and performance and it can be subjective leading to a perception of favoritism and bias.
