There isn't anything to dislike about the organization. Actually, there are only positives to say about the organization. You get time to update your skills to keep abreast of the latest's technologies when you have less project related work.

- Salary and Appraisals can be improved as per the marked standards.

...is good at the company. Allowances are paid at timely basis if working on shift. Multiple options in salary structure to save tax.

Dislikes

Not much options for employees to upgrade their skills. They recently laid off close to 600 employees in India as cost cutting. So do join after verifying if the project is of long term and job security.

...r 1.5 yrs, following are good pointers- Small projects so more responsibility, Good company culture in regards to salary on time, leaves, shift allowance etc, Job security, good CTC structure and medical insurance compared to big IT MNC

Dislikes

Major SAP projects are SAP ECC & few are S/4 Hana, Major are SAP support projects & less are implementation or roll-out projects, So, it may take some time for you to get a chance to work on implementation project, For freshers, there is no initial SAP training as compared to other IT MNC

Great worl culture and work life balance , salary provided is competitive.

Dislikes

Not much projects as company only works in nordic region. As there are limited project there is less chance of skill development.
