Flexibility of timings, good compensation and insurance benefits. Nice policy for higher education and certifications.

Dislikes

Leadership: a complete overhaul is required. It's one dimensional and completely biased and polarized. Promotion structure: it's a total quota based and merit doesn't matter at all there.

Good salary and Benefits. Few talented professionals who are easy to work with. Job security.

Dislikes

Extreme politics at mid and senior leadership. Biased management which favours a selective inner circle only. Yes Sir = fast tracked promotions. India Leadership lacks vision. Mostly all Linkedin heros with very little substance. Good place for fresh/graduates but a total shit show at the leadership level.
