Good salary and Benefits. Few talented professionals who are easy to work with. Job security.

Dislikes

Extreme politics at mid and senior leadership. Biased management which favours a selective inner circle only. Yes Sir = fast tracked promotions. India Leadership lacks vision. Mostly all Linkedin heros with very little substance. Good place for fresh/graduates but a total shit show at the leadership level.

Do the BRG drama, events and ki$$ HR, management a$$, and you will get good salary, promotions without work

Dislikes

1. Showoff unethical management, 2. Zero work recognition, all the time events, BRG or any other stupid activities 3. Tiaa gbs is loss making machine as no one at the top is competent so middle management fools them 4. Tiaa cut loose it 1500 employees to Accenture but those who were responsible are saved

No disliking as such but as now 2021-22) market is providing such aggressive hikes/compensation, TIAA too should have taken care about their about providing aggressive hikes to their internal employees or should have considered doing market correction in terms of compensation.

it mostly depends upon the team which you get. I will talk about my team . Work Life balance is good and compensation are also good nothing is hidden but if you want fast growth like startups this is not the place . If you want to great work Life balance go for it . Stack is also old
