...mpany itself Work culture is good but local management is not having powers. JOB security is good and salary is also credited on time as per regular MNC companies itself.

Local management is not having powers and everything need to depend on head office (pune) so Hyderabad plant not getting all benefits as like as pune office. No bus facility. Local HR Dept. don't have complete powers to take decision. Strict office timings(Amount will be deducted from basic after crossing 15 minutes in a month). Team members were cooperative and lot of scope is there for learning.

Facilities available but not upto mark. Facilities not made available to employees.

Dislikes

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.

Engineering Drawing, Working systems, Shop culture, Various activities, Projects.

...ing there for every shop, which ultimately not allow to next generation to grow. If you are not permanent employee, then salary is not upto mark.

Likes

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

Depending upon manager the facilities and amenities are available to your site.

Dislikes

... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.
