...anagement doesn't address our issues.May be this thing varies from site to site.Salary is decent but career growth is slow for contractual employees & all person have same basic irrespective of their total salary i.e. whatever amount they are getting in hand had nothing to do with this.Everyone have been given fixed basic.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market.
