All are dis likes only. They don't pay agreed salary. No conveyance charges to the field team, (Petrol, Mobile etc) Salaries are very low. 100% commercial and NO Customer focus except telling stories whenever customer is in need. Non qualified Technical Staff. HR is worst in South Region. I cant comment other reasons. No proper seating to the employees in the Branch Offices.

with the parent group in turmoil, tk elevator has been subjected to lots of changes..While some find difficult to come to terms with changes, ot provides great opportunity to learn and perform...However difficult times have impacted the entire industry and non performers are being closely monitored and given chances to improve on the process thereby the results...As said the turmoil in the parent group has meant that new investors have come in and there policies are yet to be implemented...However this is a growing company and will always have scope for improvement in processes...One of the most important aspects is that the entire policy and its implementation with a Humane touch...

De- Promotion of employees, To remove employees by Targetting them by issuing Citation, Worst Management in Decision Making, Higher Authority Management people fraud activities in Conveyances, Leaves, Materials, Projects etc, NO Proper Email Response from Bangalore HR, Employees do not have the right to send an email to HR,

Yes. I like very much to work thyssenkrupp Elevator, work culture is best to proper way and sistamaticly work prosses, management is very strong, company policies much better then other company's.

Salary and career growth is slow and low.company is not given to health insurance to contract base workors.
