After all Govt. Announced Lock down in bangalore the company announced late Work from home. Where i was an 1 year training Contract, Later will placed as an employee as the pademic effect the company announce an freeze in recruitment process Not working currently & No update so far received

From couple of years I can only see cost cutting and cost cutting, there are no more on-site opportunity, no extra perks etc, many re-org resulting in lay offs. Growth is slow and high work pressure now a days.
