No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

...y want they will remove you. ->HR is treating himself like college principle. ->They are not providing you salary even you worked. -> They are providing average salary around 3-4 LPA. ->They have signed a bond , you are not allowed leave the company before two year. -> You need to pay 2.5 lakh rupees , if you want leave the company. -> If you are breaking the bond , they will sui you as per Tamilnadu Law. -> They will increase you work pressure as per requirement , but they will never increase your salary. -> They are changing extra in canteen food/ CAB charges and providing worst quality of food. ->They forced you to work 10 hour daily. -> If you planning to join this company , you are going to ruin your carrier and health.

...ur career in Palo Alto TAC. 2. They will provide 3 months technical training. 3. Salary on time. 4. Two days off. 5. Learning wise this company is best. 6. If in Chennai you will have many tourists places you can visit.

1. If you have selected for Chennai location then there will be language barrier between u and other colleagues. 2. TL will be partial here unless you have a sound in technical then this will not be an issue. 3. Every month they conduct an assessment and based upon that management will decide whether you will be in or out. 4. Two years Bound is an issue but if you are technically sound then your time will pass like an air. 5. Food is an important issue here but if you cook yourself then you can skip this point. 6. Work pressure is there but if you are technically sound then it will not be an issue.

... and they don't know how much time and what resources are required for a task. Hired as L1 engineer and then from 1st day itself worked as a L2 engineer without any changes in salary. This is happening all projects. Hired for rotational shift and worked completely at night shifts. During the interview process, both Manager and HR assured to have rotational shift. But, on the floor there is only no shift, I had to work nights only. Very bad cheat. Please Please Please don't sign the bond if you are not 100% sure that you will work there for 2 years. They won't give you relieving and experience letters without paying a huge amount of money. Dirty canteen.

No any leave , if you are taking leave then your salary will be deduct , there is no growth management (Tarun and Hayat ) is not supportive no one have manners how to talk to employees
