...teemed organization motivates us to develop our management and technical skills. The salary was on time. Friendly and Responsible HRs who answer even on WhatsApp to clear clarifications and doubts. My joining and relieving both were smooth.

Being a south Indian, even though this organization was treating me well, some colleagues were showing domination due to their native being local Bhubaneswar. This was not on organization, but still, you may have some Policies to encourage outsiders to work without any hindrance.

No salary issue,you will get your salary on time. Friendly environment. For the freshers it is a good opportunity to work with learning something new.

Here you can't get appraisal easily. If you got it the amount of appraisal not gonna satisfy you

Here don't need to worry about salary, it credit salary on right time monthly If you are fresher then it's good to choose quadgen. Coz here you can learn so much as it provides 6months of training for which company will pay you salary too

1* is also waste for this one. never seen such a worst one in the world. Fever headache cold any health issue no mercy.. a ghost at andhra sits at vijywda ofc .. family life is disturbed..physically and mentally a harrasment . Expects 3 - 4hours to work after the shift with NO OT, NO FOOD, NO TRANSPORT . THINK ABOUT THE FAMILY WHO HAS Wife, WHO HAS CHILDREN WAITING FOR THEM BEING ALONE AT HOME.. SUCH A BULL SHIT COMPANY EVER.. ITS GOOD TO HAVE WORK learn new everyday atleast feed something they work, BUT NOT AT THE COST OF NOTHING.. Mentally and physically I am drained here. Health of myself and family was affected badly including relationship.. It's good at starting of the career ok people work for more time bcos of their commitments but they deserve afterall OT common CEO look at this branch ofc take care of ur employees don't feed ur stomach with everything and everyone's hardwork.. later u remain with nothing.. It's of no use when u become rich when u earn someone's mental health.. Please join the company as a bachelor if u want to earn less and work more .. don't get spoiled like others..

Everything including salary..15k it's the least that u get for btech afterall they are technical people and got to work so much with their brains it's not call center or cleaning bathrooms job common..
