... around content processing using XSLT which won't be highlighted during hiring Salary hikes are way below average and micro-management is very irritating.....too many people and forums you have to answer for day-to-day work Sprint size is only 5 days which puts on additional pressure on the developers to complete on-time-deliverables No additional perks available Developers are made to support the application too after it goes live and no extra payment/shift allowance is provided for that No outing / recreational events takes place and employees have to pay out of their pockets to plan for lunch/outing to have team collaboration Ineffective tech-leads with a lot of knowledge gaps creates more work delays to gather the requirements from architect Very high level of corporate politics could be seen......if you sign up for this company make sure you are an individual contributor because no body will be there to help you out in complex implementations
