Promotions are very limited as it has very limited layers in organisation hence one struck at one position for many years

I like the people and culture here. It's a supportive environment for learning new skills, cross transfer across teams/functions is encouraged and received well.

The appraisals are slow. Salary is not competitive. Bonus is not competitive. Status quo is not challenged much.

Everything depends on the manager (salary, increment, promotion) - so if your manager is biased, unfair, toxic - that's a problem

...an employee will never be at loss as long they're with the firm. Huge cafeteria. Fair appraisals,they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Micro management and only few players of the organisation maintaining it as whole and sole.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a nice cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Overall all best work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Seniors may not help you when you need their support the most.
