... around content processing using XSLT which won't be highlighted during hiring Salary hikes are way below average and micro-management is very irritating.....too many people and forums you have to answer for day-to-day work Sprint size is only 5 days which puts on additional pressure on the developers to complete on-time-deliverables No additional perks available Developers are made to support the application too after it goes live and no extra payment/shift allowance is provided for that No outing / recreational events takes place and employees have to pay out of their pockets to plan for lunch/outing to have team collaboration Ineffective tech-leads with a lot of knowledge gaps creates more work delays to gather the requirements from architect Very high level of corporate politics could be seen......if you sign up for this company make sure you are an individual contributor because no body will be there to help you out in complex implementations

...heres ......for managers the project is only for best ones in the market........Moreover compensation and benefits are not great as per the market rates.......Nothing extra will be available except your CTC .....neither food nor gymnasium or upskilling courses.......Not recommended.....

Very flexible culture with a really good WLB. Are moving to a good tech stack and mostly will get to work on those.

There's really to dislike unless you are getting nitpicking like could provide more challenging work or provide much more competitive salary.

Medical facilities of company is good. Compensation is good with good overtime allowances.

Dislikes

There is lack of job security. The process in which I was working for ramped down in less than a years time and the company did not accommodated me in any other department. Work pressure is immense and the shift timing extends to 13-14 hours a day. Managers were not that supportive.

...an employee will never be at loss as long they're with the firm. Huge cafeteria. Fair appraisals,they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Micro management and only few players of the organisation maintaining it as whole and sole.
