Dislikes

Thomas Cook is a Brand but it's not possible without giving good salary to existing employees rather than providing to employees coming from another company Working hours How the process works is very complicated

Not at all transparent.. you just work from them 24*7 .. still that will not enough.. their is no limit of work.. but have limit of earnings and growth.. they consider client as god and employees as slave...

Company policies are good, salary is always on time. Org. Has stable brand value until its APAC counterpart is sold.

Operational practices of 2006 followed in 2020. Highly human dependent. Technology is extremely week. Management vision is not clear, the decisions taken are frequently evaluated and changed well before implementing them. Lack of vertical communication. Reluctant to face the grasssroot realities of business. Lower and mid level teams are always crushed between expectations and reality of business goals set by Management.

As they are providing very low salary and working on ejb and Hibernate and in front end working on knockout which are very old technology so it's really important to know here that for your career growth we should choose a company with good technology and good salary,I'm here from last 2 month but they haven't provided me a single penny
