... balance. It is very strict to clock 8 hours in a day excluding the break hours. Variable pay is there. No work from home option.

Transition to this company was not smooth. Salary negotiation was not so good. As soon as I joined 3 people resigned KTs were not done properly No senior or Manager involvement in projects initial phase

Job is 100% secure they won't let you leave suddenly under any circumstances until unless you make any violation.In bench you can stay upto 5 months.They give more opportunities to get into project.

They won't give work from home even in festival weeks and any health issue..they won't consider your situation except very urgent caeellse .And in office hours you have to maintain strict 8hours.l inside office..one day WFH per week is allowed but if any holiday coming we can't take WFH

Good work culture, Cool work atmosphere, Friendly managers, Employees are encouraged to participate in sports and cultural activities.

Dislikes

Less scope for learning, More Experienced people are trained by freshers or less experienced people, Hikes are based on designation.
