I still not receive my work experience it's been months. And about salary they paid me for training and extending probation period every time when it's time to get full salary. They treat you like labour. If you go though u gonna get paid and good work life environment forget about that. It's like entering into politics. Worst people worst company.

...t take casual leave if there is any other holiday, micro-management is enforced. Will deduct salary for every minor thing. Job security is very low if you are not in a client project.

If they dont have projects they will put you on Either PIP or they will tell you to put Self exit or they will reduce your salary if you disagree to self Exit

They do not conduct offline session of freshers in office. And apart from that offline office functions they rarely conduct which is mandatory for all to come to enjoy after doing wfh for so long. I haven’t gone to office once since it’s been 11 months I joined there.
