I still not receive my work experience it's been months. And about salary they paid me for training and extending probation period every time when it's time to get full salary. They treat you like labour. If you go though u gonna get paid and good work life environment forget about that. It's like entering into politics. Worst people worst company.

Salary and Appraisals are good. If you are involved and keep giving output, You have 100% job security No office politics Skill development is excellent till a certain experience Work From Home

Other than a good salary and work-life balance, there are no perks like offsite or gifts.

...t take casual leave if there is any other holiday, micro-management is enforced. Will deduct salary for every minor thing. Job security is very low if you are not in a client project.
