It appears that virtually every decision, regardless of how minor or straightforward it may be, must be funneled up to the founder for approval. This occurs even in cases where those decisions could easily be managed by an intern or even a junior team member with minimal oversight. This unnecessary escalation of even the simplest tasks results in significant delays, often extending project timelines by an astonishing 250% or more.
Moreover, when things do not unfold according to the founder's expectations, there is a noticeable pattern of shifting blame onto others instead of taking responsibility for the inefficiencies that arise from this excessive oversight. This tendency creates a toxic work environment where accountability is lacking and the morale of the team suffers. Additionally, there are the HR personnel, who seem to act without any real thought or consideration. They fire and hire employees at a whim, simply following the founder's directives, even when there is no valid reason provided for such actions. This reckless approach to staffing leads to a revolving door of employees, further destabilizing the organization. It feels as though complete idiots are in charge, running and leading a sinking ship without any clear direction or purpose. The combination of these factors creates a chaotic atmosphere that is detrimental to both productivity and employee satisfaction.

Lots of learning in terms of how a luxury brand works. I love the fact that I was a part of The quarry that has global client base. Learnt a lot in very small period of my employment tenure. They achieve milestones at great speed. Best company to join if you are interested in working and only working and growing faster.
