The top management (including Founder) have very poor people management skills. They like employees who can act like puppets and not question them on any of the matters. Only "Yes Sir" kind of people may survive. (It is quite ironic how they have a "No Sir/Madam Policy" but for the Founder everyone uses "Sir"). For instance, the HR s peaks the language of the Founder and has no decision making power of her own. Work Environment is not conducive. Rather, the interactions with HR or management(size of 3) can demotivate you to put in any hard work. You cannot expect an environment of nurturing. Employees are not treated very well. No one respects each other (except your own batch). Did not come across a single employee who praised the work culture. Work-Life Balance: Saturdays are working and Sundays can many a times turn out to be a working day. But there is no policy for a compensatory leave the next week. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Since they do not give Company PPT in the colleges, the salary structure was not clear to the joinees before hiring</mark>. Retention Bonus is given after over 2 years of working but since there is no job security you may be out of the company before finishing 2 years. Salary for all the leaves you take are cut and only given way after 2-3 months of completion of financial year. No well defined appraisal structure as the KRAs are not defined at all.
