... a working day. But there is no policy for a compensatory leave the next week. Since they do not give Company PPT in the colleges, the salary structure was not clear to the joinees before hiring. Retention Bonus is given after over 2 years of working but since there is no job security you may be out of the company before finishing 2 years. Salary for all the leaves you take are cut and only given way after 2-3 months of completion of financial year. No well defined appraisal structure as the KRAs are not defined at all. Exit Process not defined. No documents provided after leaving company. You may have to call HR endless for any response. There is no experienced Sales and Marketing Head, meaning no credible source to guide your learning.

The founder consistently demonstrates extremely toxic behavior that permeates the entire organization, exhibiting a pronounced tendency to micromanage every single aspect of the operation. It appears that virtually every decision, regardless of how minor or straightforward it may be, must be funneled up to the founder for approval. This occurs even in cases where those decisions could easily be managed by an intern or even a junior team member with minimal oversight. This unnecessary escalation of even the simplest tasks results in significant delays, often extending project timelines by an astonishing 250% or more. Moreover, when things do not unfold according to the founder's expectations, there is a noticeable pattern of shifting blame onto others instead of taking responsibility for the inefficiencies that arise from this excessive oversight. This tendency creates a toxic work environment where accountability is lacking and the morale of the team suffers. Additionally, there are the HR personnel, who seem to act without any real thought or consideration. They fire and hire employees at a whim, simply following the founder's directives, even when there is no valid reason provided for such actions. This reckless approach to staffing leads to a revolving door of employees, further destabilizing the organization. It feels as though complete idiots are in charge, running and leading a sinking ship without any clear direction or purpose. The combination of these factors creates a chaotic atmosphere that is detrimental to both productivity and employee satisfaction.

The work environment is extremely friendly and collaborative. A sense of ownership, and first hand exposure on multiple subject matters Luxury enthusiasts and people who have a keen eye for details would appreciate the efforts that the brand was built on and continues to strive in a direction that is unique to the industry it functions in.

Work culture and people are good. Lot to learn, management is very supportive. I am having a great journey and glad I am part of Quarry. Great company to join if you are interested to make your career, ready to take responsibility and ownership.

Lots of learning in terms of how a luxury brand works. I love the fact that I was a part of The quarry that has global client base. Learnt a lot in very small period of my employment tenure. They achieve milestones at great speed. Best company to join if you are interested in working and only working and growing faster.

There is absolutely nothing that I can point out! Because they are transparent, they commit and deliver. If you are honest, hard working and know the direction to put your efforts at so as to achieve results; then this company is for you!
