...it's people practice. In this black swan event the company stood by it's people. Post discussion though there was a deduction in Salary at the senior positions the salary was paid in time. The leadership team kept themselves engaged with every employees and ensured they are motivated and they grow intellectually even if they are working from home. Phoenix thought through every aspect of Covid- 19 precautions and ensured the malls are well protected and created acute processes to build confidence in the mind of customers and employees. Phoenix team works like a family and they deliver to win together and I am personally very impressed.

Dislikes

Likes and dislikes are individual perception. I personally feel Phoenix Mills practices great people practice and lives no stone unturned to satisfy its employees. If an employee displays his passion at work then growth at Phoenix is unlimited.

Good skills developmemt multiple team operations. Gets good work experience in event management Fitout management Agency management Zone Handling

Unfulfilling work Poor work life balance Low Pay Late shifts Have to work on spl holidays

Salary is always on time.

Company is good but work culture and the environment in very bad totally exploitation of the employees who are on the lower designation if anyone is on third party payroll than in that case they are only puppet of their senior, no proper increment no job security no promotion.

1) Bonu / Varaible pay is deferred, Company has not paid yet every month it is postponing 2) No leaves granted for even a social or religious function. 3) Pathetic culture 4) For single thing approval required of 5 people 5) No allowances for late seating , No food facility or snacks provided for late seating or no allowances. 6)No flexi hours in a week 7)very stressful 8) 8.30 to 9 hours shift daily basis very hectic.

...g style. Freedom to do anything to show your skills and expertise in your field. Salary on time every month without any delay. HR Internal talent and acquisition program is very good.

Dislikes

Learning and development programs need to improve and more trainings required for employees. Centre top management decide on its own for employee increament. KRA just to fill and it's waste.
