Working style. Freedom to do anything to show your skills and expertise in your field. Salary on time every month without any delay. HR Internal talent and acquisition program is very good.

Dislikes

Learning and development programs need to improve and more trainings required for employees. Centre top management decide on its own for employee increament. KRA just to fill and it's waste.

On time salary credit along with some good policy initiated by CHRO. Company also initiates lot of team building and fun activities to boost employees and give them opportunity to showcase there other side apart from work.

Dislikes

Lack of growth opportunity to the employees. Center runs on favouritism and biasness culture. No growth scope for people who does work on there ethics. Low pay scale. There salary doesn't match the market standards.
