Nothing . It 2006 , I have joined but I left in 2008 . It was nightmare. . Worked in Visakhapatnam unit .

...y HR Raja reddy , so called GM Siraj Mukherjee and so called FOM , Atulya Nidhi. Di ld not get the salary for one month , did not get the experience certificate because I got the job in Hyderabad in a big brand this three crooks has started misbehaving with me , one day I have replyed to Atulya Nidhi and just because of this i was terminated . Does not matter , I am the GM of India's best brand now . But I am feeling nasty by thinking this crooks though it was 16 years passed .

The Park Mumbai hasn't helped employee nor paid their salaries. The HR won't even mail us but would ask us to mail them addressing for leave without pay. Now we had never signed any contract with the company but the hotel says we are in contract and laid off staff who worked for more then a year. There is no co operation between the management and the staff.

During Corona Pandemic, The Park is not paying salary. Previous month they paid us 25%, but now they are not paying any salary and not calling for re join. When hotel earn 15 lakh then Staff can't get any service charge. But in this Covid19 hotel is not paying salary

Good work environment& culture.the management is transparent.there is huge cafeteria for employees.

there is a lots of politics&the management doesnt address our issues.its radiculous in the term of polices.those employees who has been working for more than 5 years they are counted as contractual employees with an explanation of that this is the company policy.during this corona pandemic bonus is distributed between them only those who r on shift.bonus should be calculated for every financial year from 1st April to 31st march and should be distributed among those employees who are working during this time This is really pathetic in the term of employee compensation &benefits thank u

I work with this company more one 3 years.branch name the park calangute.need to do many things on less of less salary. And heavy load. I try to talk with HR many time. Against my company PF withdraw. they never do my procedure only ignore me.
