Good work environment& culture.the management is transparent.there is huge cafeteria for employees.

there is a lots of politics&the management doesnt address our issues.its radiculous in the term of polices.those employees who has been working for more than 5 years they are counted as contractual employees with an explanation of that this is the company policy.during this corona pandemic bonus is distributed between them only those who r on shift.bonus should be calculated for every financial year from 1st April to 31st march and should be distributed among those employees who are working during this time This is really pathetic in the term of employee compensation &benefits thank u

Only you get good tips after some years that's it other wise people work with very less salary poor growth and no regard for hotel management pass-out people.only you gain experience and move out .the cream and benefits are drawn by people sitting at big designation

Nothing . It 2006 , I have joined but I left in 2008 . It was nightmare. . Worked in Visakhapatnam unit .

...y HR Raja reddy , so called GM Siraj Mukherjee and so called FOM , Atulya Nidhi. Di ld not get the salary for one month , did not get the experience certificate because I got the job in Hyderabad in a big brand this three crooks has started misbehaving with me , one day I have replyed to Atulya Nidhi and just because of this i was terminated . Does not matter , I am the GM of India's best brand now . But I am feeling nasty by thinking this crooks though it was 16 years passed .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow on tha job training is not given to new joinees.

...a people have been called I'm also ready to work even then I've not been called. I've not received my salary since June. This company left us in this difficult time. Which I'll always remember. At this there is not even getting any new job, company's are taking out their own staff. It is very sad that the company for whom we worked day night, has cheated us at such a time. There is lot of politics.
