Everything is good but their managing director and food and beverage director both are ruling the hotel like hell. Otherwise everything is good.

No healthy and friendly Employee work environment and no motivation, full of dirty politics, Worst HR m, No HR interaction, no HR 2 way communication, HR him self is not Employee concerned or employee friendly.zero employee retention, no exit interviews, no open forums, worst GM, worst HOD’s and worst HR I had ever seen in my 12 years of career. I will never recommend anyone to work here.
